Patterns
Like any great idea, it all starts on paper. We begin the process with a sketch including dimensions and designs. Once we get those basics out the way, we begin the precise cutting, folding or any modification needed to have a perfect cut-to-fit pattern. If you already started your patterns we will revise it for you to catch any little fix that's needed. The foundation to a high value product starts from the first step which is the patterns.
Samples
Once the pattern is finished and passed the revision then we start to cut the materials and skins. This is the exciting part to see your idea/vision start coming to reality. Once everything is cut, skived, glued and sewed together, we check for any changes or slight errors that need to be made to ensure the final product exceeds the costumers expectations.
Production
Upon approval of the sample and if looking to start production right away then comes the numbers. Quantity for orders on the products. We can help guide you to the right material distributer for your order to ensure the highest quality for the success in your brand sales.
